Silence!
Our trailer is equipped with batteries as our primary power source. We have a generator backup that may kick on to recharge our batteries but we like to be seen and not heard.
Speed and Reliability
Our trailer is built for speed and quality. We have the ability to serve 150 of our specialty draft lattes per hour.
Why Work With Us?
Justin and Rachel Sherwin are the husband-and-wife team behind Pariah Coffee Company. They're just a couple of twenty-somethings that love good coffee, good people, and community.
Rachel runs the day to day operations . After serving in the military, working in the EMS field on the night shift for nearly 5 years combined, she wanted to create a space with night shifters, first responders, and anyone else with a non-traditional schedule in mind.
Justin is the engineer behind the operation. As a prior boyscout and current off-road junkie, he brings his love for the outdoors, problem solving, and sense of adventure to Pariah.
Together, they built Pariah to go anywhere the community goes. From races and weddings, to markets, festivals and local businesses. Along the way, Pariah is proud to support other local businesses by serving locally made pastries from Knead the Dough (Lizton).
